Seminole Heights, Tampa, FL 33603, a few minutes north of downtown. Renovated two-unit house with a large fenced yard, on-site parking, and a city bus stop and grocery store within a couple of blocks. About 10 minutes to downtown and the hospitals, 15 minutes to Tampa International.

- Single occupancy per room. No pets. No smoking or vaping inside.
- Quiet hours after 9 pm. Keep shared spaces clean for the other renter.
- Self check-in at 2 pm, check-out by 11 am. Door codes are texted before arrival.
